How can I order a free copy of my credit report?
Annualcreditreport.com allows you to order a free credit report each year.
How long does the modification process take?
Once we receive your complete package(hardship letter, income and monthly expense form) we will do best to have a decision within 30 days.
Do I continue to make my payment during the modification process?
Yes, you should always make your regular monthly payments. Please contact us if you cannot.
Will the payment and interest rate offered be different if I am using a 3rd party to request my modification?
The rate and payment offered you on a modification is based on your individual hardship and income. Most of the time, it is faster and more convenient for you if you deal with us directly for a modification.
